Cluster sets are where we interspersed brief rest intervals in between either individual repetitions or groups of repetitions. And what it does is allow us to accomplish more work so we can lift a heavier thing more frequently. So the cluster set really to me is one of those advanced training tools where we can actually enhance performance.
