The Importance of Conviction in Christian Community

The idea of dietary laws and worship is going to be factored into the way that Paul is pushing towards unity in the church. In verse 7, which we didn't read, but I'll read for us, Paul begins to kind of move us even further down this line of thinking. One person is themes one day is better than another while another steams all days alike. The one who eats, eats in honor of the Lord. Since he gives thanks to God while the one who abstains, abstains in honor ofthe Lord and gives thanks toGod. For none of us lives to himself and none of us dies to himself.
