There's only so many times we can pull that lever during a dieting phase. You will reach a practical limit at which you can no longer justify bumping protein, because you're either going to have to really critically displace carbohydrate and fat from the diet. And it defeats the purpose of using protein for this particular outcome. So there are eight tips that I think can be helpful. Number one, adopt an acceptance based approach to weight management. Number two, eat slow and savor your food. Number three, adjust and titrate your amount of non lifting exercise and physical activity.
