Many Republicans were a little upset about the, I think it was a $16 million fine that they were imposing on shift with the censure. And they just thought it said a very bad precedent. The Republicans that voted for, well, except for Ken Buck, but the Republicans that voted present were people who are on the ethics committee and they find it as a conflict of interest. That is why it was such a tenuous situation when they bombarded or just blew up their own messaging bill.
