Dennis Guocken is a cider maker and farmer in the Golden Valley, Herifatia. He started making cider on his farm 30 years ago with friends for 'a drink before you went to the pub' Cider has grown up this part of the country - it's all to do with the soil. It seems to be the west country from Cornwall to Her ifatia really,. I think it's the culture.
