The Importance of a Strong Narrative

At first, there was concern about what that might do to our focus on our core customer. Our mission is to change the way the entire market thinks about these products and it will take time because we're one company. There are voices who say why risk changing something that's working so very well. That was I'd say the biggest obstacle, at least my leadership style.
