strength is often not going to make you feel good to put into practice, but it is an essential component of the process of the Major Arcana. The Hermit is where you gain that unconstrained wisdom. You're releasing what no longer serves you. It's contemplation of withdrawal. But sometimes those are necessary steps in gaining wisdom and in sort of assimilating everything you've learned.
