How to Hire a Machine Learning Engineer for a Small Company

For a small team, having a data engineer who knows a bit of machine learning is probably enough. And then when the project becomes bigger, the team grows and then there are people who specialize more in certain areas. But yeah, I don't think there's like this right or wrong answer. It just depends on what the company wants to achieve.
