The beauty industry is definitely trying to go to a more diverse place. The True Match campaign that L'Oreal did was so exciting to see different genders represented in a wide array of skin tones. But we do have a long way to go there. We can't get self congratulatory where like every time something good happens, we think that we're making progress.
