Cara, i think that's true. For sure, i do i agree with you on that. Once you become awake to and aware and have words for what these things are, then it becomes much more about, ok, what kind of life do i want to have? And then that's when you can start, like, really showing up for your boundaries. Cara: Part of the point of thought work for me is to stop believing that whatever my personal wants or bounties are ore, like, objectively right. If you do not want to meet them or respect them, like you are wrong and bad.
