How to Manage Transitions Better

The transition is the actual mechanism of getting unstuck. People do them in their own idiosyncratic finger print of a way. In each of those phases, there turn out to be tools that you can do to make each of them go more effectively. There's this messy middle whee you shed certain habits and create new ones. And then there's this new beginning where you begin to unveil your new self and kind of rewrite your story.
