The Reach of Open Source Intelligence

The world is a dangerous place and getting worse many areas, including non-traditional threats. Over 7 billion people on the planet have got mobile phones - 5.2 billion of which are smartphones. That just says that you can touch anywhere in the world with open source intelligence. And I think there is a genuine challenge to come onto later about how you access and exploit the value, but it's there to be taken.
