Is There a Difference Between Computing and Computing?

Computing is a sort of observea dependent thing. It depends on, it's not an intrinsic feature thing that i's about how we interpret things. So isn't everything computing and everything not computing? I mean, just the fact that there's somein, there's some mapping between its statesnd the states f a computatioal system, i don't think's enough. It's got to be plugged into the world and doing stuff.
