The Commerce Clause Argument in the Federal Court

Wallace: I'm okay with the commerce clause argument here i don't have any problem with romney saying hey we experimented it worked in our state that was great. But forcing people to purchase a product from a private company like that gets me a little nervous and  it's not appropriate at the federal level.
