Low resolution macro desection microscope cannot see any molecular or cellular changes during aging. So you have to really look at each single mother cell and remove the daughter cells every time it generates a daughter cell. And this way, under the microscope timelapse microscopy, we can look at individual mother cells and take a movie of it for their whole aging process.
