The Importance of Return Stacking

The goal of return stacking is to give you more than a dollar of exposure for every dollar you invest. Managed futures have positive expected returns, exhibit fairly absolute returns and their drawdowns tend to be pretty low compared to other asset classes. They exhibit low near zero correlation of stocks and bonds as Rod mentioned but also conditionally do very well during prolonged equity bear markets or inflationary markets.
