Do you find that there's a common thread or commonality in the reasons for why people might get into this particular field? That's a really great question. So I think it's still the form. I think people still come into this field because they care about animals. But I do worry that, yeah, it does tend to be, we're quite, you know, we're very much does tend to just attract people that only think about animal stuff.
