Charlie Munger famously said, show me the incentives. I'll show you the outcome. And so I think similarly, there's this thing here, when you're a founder, you need to signal that you're fricking all in on this thing. This thing can't fail. You're not hedging at all. But I think in reality, if you could hedge 1% or something very small, where you've just hedged a little bit, I think is rational for most people. We were very interested in this idea of investing in people.
