The Epistemology of Psychoanalysis
Psychoanalysis is fundamentally an epistemological stance. It's not a set of dogmas or teachings or orthodoxies, but rather it's a stance that you would adopt in a jujitsu or kung fu way. And perhaps if you want to extrapolate to the world, and that I think emerges, the reason I'm stringing this together here is that emerges out of that practice of listening and attunement. That is humbling as fuck, right? To really, really listen to the other.
