Stoke City Football Club has been in the Premier League for a long period of time. The club had to come up with two values that they think should represent being a Premier League football or an international footballer for the future. We felt if you played Stoke City Football Club in the first team and you showed those two values, that would be accepted. And then we had two more, which was outplay and outthink. They were the bonus two. But actually, we became quite an exciting team as well. Everyone previously had sort of seen them as this long ball club, whereas actually we're starting to make exciting players now.
