Chat GPT is a free, open source tool that can help players with their game prep. It's able to generate character descriptions, backstories and names for them. One of the things I've been shocked by is how bad it is at math. But there might be circumstances where you ask it for facts about a big deal or somebody brought up some kind of lore in our RPG.
