Illich in one of the interviews that he did with David Kayley said, you know, we are the we the west modern modern west. We're the only culture that I am aware of that does not have some sense of correspondences between what's here and what's elsewhere. From Illich, you get the foundational notion that it's love. And from Corbin, you get, I'm what the love opens you up to as an infinity of worlds.
