Lubezny's Defense Is Not Before a Jury

Digital forensics put Lubezny near, in or around the falls based on cell phone pings from his phone. "He has nothing to back that up at all," says CNN's John Sutter. The judge didn't take a lot of time deliberating; he found them guilty and they got 60 years each.
