The Government's Slowness to Act on Gas Connections
Victoria is the latest state to announce it will phase out gas in all homes by 2045. The other eastern states, New South Wales, South Australia and Queensland have not yet made similar plans. This could lead to a 'death spiral' where fewer people use gas because they can't afford it.
