The Future of Windows
I wonder, I'm just imagining the alternative future where things went a different direction. Would that have been a good thing or a bad thing? It seems like everything happened as it should have. When you compared Windows to Jim at the time, Jim just absolutely blew it away. And I'm glad we went the way we did. We got all of the arbitrary file name, things, file lengths, extensions, all that happened from the get go. All of the limitations, you know, fat 16 and the like, were not an issue. So that all worked out nicely.
