The Importance of Making Your Bed
The book that was a number one New York Times bestseller make your bed. It comes from my 2014 commencement address at the University of Texas where I took the time to kind of lay out the ten lessons I learned from going through Navy SEAL training. And as I wrote the speech I did kind of put it in chronological order in other words the first thing we had to do every morning was get up and make our bed. But I also realized that the power of telling the young students why that was important was to your point it is not profound, it is not hard," he said.
