At first, one of the mistakes made was I had people that I didn't trust. And it was definitely because I was hiring the cheapest people I possibly could and they just didn't have the skills. But slowly found that if I get high quality people that can execute in the given area that I need them to execute in, my life becomes beautiful. Then I just have to care about them.
