Coaches at all levels had, on average, 65 % of time was engaged in training form activity. Only 35% of time was spent in playing form activity. If you want players to be good at decision making, then you have to create practice environments which encourage them to make decisions and to anticipate. In one instance, we did avidia based analysis of 80 coaches working with em. A third of em will in with premileague academy players,. a third of them wete centres of excellence, and the third of em wete charter standard clubs.
