The Rule of Law for Business in China

The rule of law hasn't really caget on, either for business or for a democracy within the country. When it comes to competing with the united states and other countries, they are as capitalists as anybody gets. A lot of american companies do invest in china, although i know some that won't go near it because the chinese courts are obviously not real courts.
