How to Stay Grounded in a Relationship
Jenny: I think it's important for me to just pause and say is this my sadness or the collective, or both could be both. And then even if I don't feel responsible and I know better my adult self. Sometimes I'll also wonder how can I fix this. But sometimes I need to say, it's okay. I don't need to jump in and fix anything here. I just need to show up and be authentic and be myself and be the change.
