How Dare You to Stand Up for Yourself?
I'm old enough to remember when regardless of your political persuasion you thought free speech was a very good thing. People routinely defended their ideological enemies on free speech grounds that though they have to be allowed to say these things. I just don't see that kind of agreement on a fundamental issue anymore humor satire and parody are hugely effective ways to speak truth to power.
