Andy Hackers is the co-founder and CEO of Edgar, a social media app. He says his company has grown from three to 7,000 customers in less than two years. But he's learned how much time it takes to run your business as you get bigger. "You have to be careful that you're not thinking of yourself as like a three year old company," said Hackers.
