Does My Child Need Special Needs Day Camps?

Special needs camps do have a higher staff to camper ratio. They can be better for campers who quickly become emotionally dysregulated. Some campers I've found feel out of place amongst campers with more significant support needs than they have. One week camps are absolutely fine, but some kids just need that consistency.
