A lot of people enter into the space of wanting to have a goal around something, and that can even just be an intention around getting better or slowing down. Often when we do it at the end of the year or the beginning of the year, we're entering into it from a place of lack. So really learning how to attune our attention and presence in our physical body seems like such a minute easy thing to do,. Though in action, it rekindles, I think, and reconnects us to the physical presence below.
