Does the Lord Give Me Messages in Your Language?
The Lord knows Nineveh and what they've used as their most, I guess you'd say their pride. We get Assyria used as a device to punish ancient Israel for their unfaithfulness to God. And this isn't just pointed to the city, but the patron goddess of Nineveh was Ishtar. Like the devil in Christian thought, she tempted and demonized all who came within her influence. Now we're getting the outcome of what these people have venerated almost a century ago. They're going to pay the price for putting their trust in a false god, yeah.
