The Role of Women in Human Resources
I think that women have skills that men don't and why they are better in this role. We're more collective in our interactions, period. I would say probably, you know what, 30 years ago, it was like personnel department,. And it was more like a secretary thing, right? It's now the bigger picture. But people don't know that because there has been such this cloud of darkness that HR is only for the company. Which is actually far from the truth.
