How to Eating Healthily

Sustainability is the thing that matters most. It doesn't matter if you just like lose 20 pounds in like six weeks, who cares? You can't do that if you're actually doing unsustainable things. So we want to bake in flexibility, but we also want to do it responsibly. And then we want to get some blood work done for myself. I'm 42 years old right now and I think I'm at the midpoint of my life where on longevity and health I'm not going to be able to live as much as I would like.
