How Do You Build Your Capacity for Intensity?

I think one of the things I just want to drop in there is how much of this is about being able to build up a tolerance. And you know, most guys will experience anger and they either shut it down or they blast it out irresponsibly at other people. In neither of those states are you actually a present grounded man. You're just a very reactive man. Whether you're clenching or blasting, both of those are really coming out of reactivity. So that's so for guys to really feel that flash of anger and then to acclimate their system to they can handle it, they can still operate in the fire is part and parcel to embodiment practice.
