Appleson is known for listening to customer advice or customer feedback and implementing it. They decided to do so because the overwhelming need in the market, especaly when you compare their phones with the competitors is battery life. So they made a compromise. I think it was a smart one. What are some things in your own business that you're like, kind of neglecting? Youre kind f like, you know, customers would really like that,.
