Tim Ferriss said travel helps create the elasticity that you need and your thinking. Michael Pollan used an analogy of a ski slope in his book on psychedelics about how to change your mind. For some people, it's Tony Robbins or Tim Ferriss; for me, it's travel. I don't really get a lot out of motivational stuff. What I do get a lot from is people sharing their experiences.
