Nephratic Syndrome - Is Albumin Really Effective?
The use of albumin to improve diuresis in a nephratic syndrome, it just doesn't work, especially in adults again. There's not as much clinical data as I'd like to see. Most people just kind of rely on loop diuretics to do the diuresis but amyloride makes sense. One of the newer tests is this anti-PLA2R. This is an antigen responsible for about 70 to 80% of idiopathic memberness or no proliferative GN.
