He says there's a lot of money sitting in cash and money market funds and CD is that that's waiting for a brighter outlook because still even though that the sentiment has moved a little bit more positive over the last few weeks i think that negative sentiment is still pretty bad out there. Lee: Once we get inflation lower than where the Fed funds rate is i think then we're going to be just fine but now will that change Fed speak i don't know.
