How to Meditate When You're in a Movie

When you get on the future tripping train and you suddenly realize you're getting derailed, you're going off the tracks. This is not a helpful thought loop. I'm going to share 15 strategies that have been helpful to me. Notice specifically, when are you in a movie? You're living in a movie! Things that don't really exist that happened in the past or that could happen in the future. But they're not what's in front of you right now. Practice self-compassion for your fearful side.
