Version Control

Most people that don't program really don't use version control. They haven't used GitHub or BitPuck it or even SVN back in the day. When you see how manual things are, how people try and rename files as the poor man's versions control, it is painful. And I've had to think a lot about how do you approach that problem? How do you make them help them make a few steps?
