The Evolution of Assessment for Selection
The assessment was focused mainly on predicting performance, job performance productivity. It hasn't been very long since it started to shift and so I remember hearing from consultants that they've been doing projects trying to predict accidents and safety. Of course the military is very interested in predicting who's going to be resilient and resistant to trauma. You have police departments looking the same thing who can best deal with stress.
