The Draugr Priests in Skyrim

Even with the DLCs that's added a couple of extras, you're still nowhere near your options like what you have in Oblivion. None at all, I was happy to see them. The Draugr get shouts. They'll constantly knock your weapons out of your hand or send you flying across the room. So yes, definitely a lot more options than just the different, different, uh, atronox, like in Skyrim and a few undead options.
