The Frustration Factor in Nursing
By 2030, there's going to be a global healthcare shortage with 9 million of those being nursing specific. This is caused by experienced nurses coming towards their retirement and less people entering the field altogether. We're at a point now where we can no longer wait and see if these advancements will happen in the healthcare sector. If we can combine the frontline experience of nurses with the innovative approaches of business people and engineers just imagine that they're not going to be able to do that. Just imagine the improvements we could see.
