boosted had already paid about five million dollars to the government. They applied for an exemption to those tariffs, and they did get approved. The problem here though is, well, the u s. Government isn't exactly quick to give people their money back. So boosted is temporarily five million dollars down and in some pretty hot water at this point. It only lasted twenty minutes, and they sold all the ip to lime for really cheap, much less than the thirty million dollars that lime was originally going to pay them.
