The Murder Trust
A grand jury was convened and on Monday, April 3, 1933, Red Murphy was called to testify. He said that although he didn't know what they were arguing about, he saw them arguing just before the shooting. Mallory was indicted for first degree murder which caused him to be angry at his friends in the murder trust. We've covered what was happening with the core members of the murder trust but there were also lesser members like the cab driver Hershey Green and the Green Roadster David Kriezburg.
