What Is Lactic Acid Fermentation?

Lacto bacillus is a broad family of beneficial microbes that take the shape like a long stick or a cane. They've been proven to do everything from increased pest resistance to increasing sheep maternal anti oxidents to their offspring. These bacteria, usually found in decomposing plants and milk products, produce lactic acid as the major metabolic and product of carbohydrate fermentation,. giving them the common name lactic acid bacteria.
